The next year, 2005, Samson snatched another award as “The Best Male Vocalist of the Year” at The Amen Awards. He received the “Best Video of the Year” award at The Vigoma Awards in 2005.
His third release, “The World of My Dreams” was issued in 2007. This seemed to be his most ambitious release. The release featured a remake of Onyeka Onwenu’s mega hit, “One Love”, wherein they did a duet.
The CD contained “Live Right” (a duet with Styl-Plus). His efforts were appreciated and recognized, crediting him with The Grace Honorary Award for Excellence that year. Samsong has been nominated severally and has a handful of accolades to his creativity. In 2008, he was nominated in the “Best Gospel Artiste” category at The Nigerian Entertainment Awards held in New York City.
In Germany, he had recorded and performed with Chris Lass, the famous German gospel producer and artiste. His most recent headlining tour was in August 2009 where he toured the island of Seychelles, and had the opportunity to dine with Joseph Belmont, the Vice President.
