Ahmed Tinubu is a Nigerian politician and former governor of Lagos State, Nigeria. Compared to the average pedestrian on the roadway, Bola Tinubu’s investments and properties are way over the roof!
His properties include a N75 million naira worth 1000 hectares of land in Lakowe, the N3 billion naira Parkview Ikoyi Estate Foreshore, the Annex of the Lagos State guest house which is worth N450 million naira, the N450 million naira 5-bedroom called the Oyinkan Obayomi Drive in Ikoyi, and a residence at Bourdillon Road worth a billion naira.
Also part of his assets and properties are a 250 hectares of land worth N35 billion naira which was reserved for the construction of a General hospital for Eti-Osa community and now managed by Trojan Estate Limited (also one of Tinubu’s company), a N600 million naira G-Wagon which he acquired in the past, and a $60 million dollar private jet.
The G-Wagon is bulletproof and bomb detective with classically designed surveillance cameras. Sir Bola Ahmed Tinubu also owns a hotel called Oriental Hotel in Lagos State.

Atiku Abubakar Assets and Net Worth
Atiku Abubakar is also a very reputable politician whose influence in the Nigerian government policy regulation and formulation has been deemed major.
His first house was built in Yola, Adamawa State, Nigeria, with money he loaned while he worked as a Customs officer. Being a wise man, he put his first house upon completion of the building on rent and purchased another land where he mounted his second house.
Atiku continued building houses and putting them on rent until he was able to built several properties worth millions in the great city of Yola. In 1981, Atiku acquired a 2500 hectares of land whereupon he raised Cotton and Maize.
Unfortunately, he ran out of business five years later, in 1986 due to the inability to successful run the business with profitable harvests.
Later on, the big-time politician started trading rice, sugar and flour. The trading business was well, more satisfying than the former as caught a jackpot full of precious stones along the way.
Being a trader, he managed to build a good relationship with Dangote Group; Aliko Dangote’s business group and ventually developed a life-changing relationship with the currently richest man in Africa – Aliko Dangote.
Fortune fell on him as he was invited by an Italian businessman named Gabriel Volpi and was given a contract to establish a firm that should be called “Nigerian Container Services” – NICOTES.
He earned a lot from the project which was branded as INTELS. Atiku Abubakar owns a beverage production plant in Yola and has a feed factory where animals feeds are manufactured.
