Isabel dos Santos is a businessperson, investor and the eldest daughter of Jose Eduardo dos Santos, Angola's President. She's a graduate of electrical engineering from King's College, London.

She is one of the richest women in Africa with a net worth of $3.5 billion dollars. Despite the fact that her father forwarded stakes in different companies in Angola to her, it was denied that her wealth is influenced by her father's connection and holdings.

Her Dad, Eduardo dos Santos placed her as the head of Angola's state oil firm in 2016 and made a pronouncement of no reelection over the office of the head of the state oil firm. Isabel's properties and assets include over $20% of Angola's largest mobile phone technology network, Unitel.

She owns about 6% of Galp Energia, an oil and gas industry located in Portugal. She also has owns in her possession 19% of the fourth largest bank in Portugal, Banco BPI.

The legality of Isabel's investments in Portugal has been investigated and questioned in 2015 by four officials from the European Parliament. She is one of the major shareholders at Nos SGPS, a Portuguese telecom organizantions.
